We have Ian Preston from GutBusters who has joined the team offering a personalised MMA/Boxing based workouts & Salsa Dancing on the weekend retreat. Here’s a little bit about Ian... Ian has over 30 years of experience working in and around the health & fitness industry , ian is hands down the most knowledgable person I have come across in the industry , he gives nothing less than 100% to his work , training & learning everyday plus with his passion and drive to help people reach their goals and support them throughout the entire journey.
Lulu
We have Lulu who has joined the team offering a personalised yoga session on the retreat plus a 45 minute specific & personalised massage for each person of their choice. Here’s a little bit about Lulu... Lulu specialises in healing yoga which she's been practicing all over the world for over 28 years ! Lulu provides Hatha, Yin, Restorative & Kundalini Yoga and also provides holistic treatments from Ayurvedic, Hot Oil, Thai, Indian Head , Thai Foot & Acupressure point massage.
Chris
Chris is a massively talented & experience sous chef who will be cooking that creative , unique and tasty 3 course meals for our group on the weekend retreat. Chris has been a sous chef all his life and I’ve personally known Chris all my life to & can see his clear passion , creativity and drive to help feed people tasty healthy & nutritious food.
Kerrie
We also have Kerrie who will be running the “Connections” (the relationships part)of the 4cs workshops. Kerrie is a psychology graduate, a member of The British Psychological Society, a former operations director, a blogger and soon to be author. Kerrie is also a lover of creative and positive thinking. After having children Kerrie has proven determination and motivation to make monumental positive changes in her life, with one of her biggest achievement to date is losing 6 stone with working with me 1-2-1 so I had no doubt what so ever that Kerrie’s incredible experiences, knowledge & Passion plus same ethos and ideas for helping other people to make the most of their own well being and lives would make the perfect fit for the wellness retreat.
